Manage photography schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.

Mentor and guide junior photographers, editors, and freelancers.

Maintain and organize the digital asset library for efficient access and reuse.

Research and implement emerging trends, technologies, and techniques in photography and visual storytelling.

Ensure all photography aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

5+ years of professional photography experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various photography styles.

Advanced technical skills in digital photography, lighting, and post-production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop) and other photo editing tools.

Strong understanding of visual composition, color, and storytelling.

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
