Enhancing & delivering the Mini App UI UX Workflow and Design to boost engagement for both mini app users and merchants.

In this role, the mini app UI UX designer will look at the big picture to turn business needs into clear, reusable designs that solve problems and respect the user's time. The mini app UI UX designer will create everything from basic user flows to final interactive prototypes, building reusable UI parts like buttons and icons along the way. A key part of this role is managing and updating our mini apps UI UX design so that our mini app user experiences effectively improve mini app user and mini app merchant engagement.

Key Responsibility

• Collaborate with the design team, mini app developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability best practices for mini apps.
• Develop and deliver aesthetically appealing concepts, UI UX design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mock-ups, and final solutions based on a user-centric design process.
• Prepare documentation to clearly communicate design ideas and prototypes to the mini app development team.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design system, and methodologies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and processes.
• Support in the mini apps related design, product design, and mini app campaign.
• Other duties assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Art, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, UI UX design, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing Mobile App design projects.
• Good understanding of end-to-end customer journey.
• Proficiency in graphic design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
