Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting social media management, content writing, marketing campaigns, branding activities, and event coordination to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. This role will ensure consistent communication across all channels, support campaign execution, and contribute to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.

1. Content Writing & Coordination (30%)

• Prepare and write content for social media and communication channels.
• Create and review captions, promotional messages, and communication materials.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Manage content timelines and follow up on deliverables.

2. Social Media Platform Management (20%)

• Manage and schedule social media platform postings.
• Coordinate content publishing across digital and social media channels.
• Monitor engagement and support social media performance tracking.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

3. Marketing Campaign Support (20%)

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate campaign materials and communication with internal teams and partners.
• Assist in campaign tracking, reporting, and operational support.
• Ensure campaign deliverables are completed on schedule.

4. Branding & Event Support (20%)

• Support branding activities and marketing stock management.
• Assist in organizing events, roadshows, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for event arrangements.
• Provide operational and on-ground support during events.

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in both English and Burmese.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Familiarity with graphic editing tools like Photoshop is preferred
