Job Description
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and Mentorship.
- Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with other team members, product manager, marketing manager, MD, CEO and other team members to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain website and mobile application
- Follow up full product development cycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing, documentation)
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of product.
- Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time

- 7-10 years of software development and design experience in LAMP Environment
- Strong experience in Web and Mobile Application Development
- Strong hands on PHP Development background and an undying passion for technology
- Strong hands on HTML / HTML5 / CSS3
- Strong hands on Experiences in PHP Codeigniter Framework
- Strong hands on JavaScript / JSON / AngularJS / jQuery / React
- Good knowledge of Bootstrap, Phonegap, mobile responsive sites
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, SQL Lite
- Experience in DBA or system administration will be an advantage.
- Including strong database design, or query optimisation skills
- Strong experience in large scale application development
- Involving thousands of users, hundreds of tables, millions of records
- Good knowledge of front and back end performance
-Understand full System development lifecycle and Object Oriented design
-Strong experience using Agile methodology
-Able to manage and work with other Developers

•Other preferred skills
- Strong experience in developing and integrating APIs
- Experience in iOS / Android development an advantage.
