Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing software company, currently expanding. Tara Aung Company is looking for a number of Software Service Specialist who has an appetite to be part of a fast-growing business and is keen to progress further with their careers.
Key areas of responsibility will be to support and train our users to be familiar with our software products.
You will be working on different software products at our office, No.39, 4th Street, Lanmadaw Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

* Give Technical Support and resolve customer issues systematically online and on site
* Train customers to be good at using our software products
* Able to do software demos online and on site effectively
* Must pay great attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
* Great communication and interpersonal skills and happy to work in a small team or solo and collaboratively with developers and customers
* A drive for quality and the ability to find bugs at testing stage
* Minimum bachelor’s degree

Working Hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 pm.
Office is closed on weekends & public holidays.
Might need to work overtime & need to work some weekends and then employees can take time off in lieu.
Probation period: 2 Months.
