➡️Prepare final Bill of Quantity(B.Q), construction budget and preliminary schedules for all trades & across all projects
➡️Manage to team member the Quotations on time to win new tenders or new projects
➡️Provide clarification on tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other docs
➡️Arrange the budget control, scope of work and manage to purchasing issue.
➡️Liaise with the Head of Construction and other construction professionals, such as project managers and 
     other related department
➡️Arrange for billing, interim payment certificates of the contractor, change orders and evaluate any cost overruns 
     occurring in the project 
➡️Analyzing information, developing budgets, vendor relationships, reporting skills, Estimating, Documentation skills     
     and Quality focus.

✅𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
➡️Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
➡️Minimum 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
➡️Proven experience managing residential, commercial construction projects.
➡️Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement strategies, and cost control procedures.
➡️Familiar with construction methodologies, project timelines, and cost management systems.
