• Achieve individual monthly sales targets

• Upsell and cross-sell products

• Handle high-value transactions confidently

2️⃣ Customer Service

• Provide personalized service to customers

• Understand customer preferences and budgets

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Resolve customer concerns professionally

3️⃣ Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on gold rates and diamond pricing

• Explain purity (22K, 18K, etc.) and certification

• Guide customers on bridal and investment purchases

4️⃣ Inventory Handling

• Ensure proper display and tagging

• Assist in stock verification

• Follow security protocols for handling jewellery

5️⃣ Team Support

• Mentor junior sales staff

• Assist in training new employees

• Support showroom manager in daily operations

Education

• Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

🔹 Experience

• 4–7 years in jewellery retail sales

• Experience handling bridal and high-value sales preferred

🔹 Technical Skills

• Jewellery product knowledge

• Billing/POS systems

• Basic ERP knowledge (e.g., Tally)

• Understanding of gold purity and diamond grading

• Excellent communication

• Persuasion and negotiation ability
