- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum 4–6 years of site experience (building construction preferred)

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management

- Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
