- Team Leadership: Lead and monitor the project team to ensure peak performance.
- ​Strategic Planning: Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth progress according to the work schedule.
- Project Oversight: Establish detailed construction programs and oversee all site management activities.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure consistency in project quality, budget adherence, and strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate progress meetings and act as a bridge between the construction team, engineers, and management.
- Reporting: Directly report progress and challenges to the Senior Project Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Management.

- Education: Minimum AGTI (Civil) or B.E (Civil).
- Age between 30 - 35 years
- Experience: * Minimum (7) years in building construction.
- At least (3) years at a managerial/supervisory level.
- Strong background in Residential and High-rise projects.
- ​Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Safety: Excellent knowledge of senior-level construction safety protocols.
- ​Communication: Fluent in coordinating across different departments and presenting to stakeholders.
