Job SummaryStudy Quest Global Company Limited is seeking a Senior Student Consultant to guide students through the full study-abroad and education inquiry process. You will provide trusted advice, convert leads into applications, and deliver a smooth, professional client experience.Key Responsibilities● Support students and parents with accurate guidance on courses, destinations, and admission paths.● Qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and convert inquiries into consultation bookings and applications.● Prepare clear application documents, track deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams and partners.● Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates throughout the student journey.● Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets while upholding service quality and professionalism.

● Background in education, business, or related areas is an advantage.● 2+ years of experience in student advisory, sales, customer service, or a related consulting role.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, helpful, and patient approach.● Good computer skills, including MS Office and online communication tools.● Able to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work with attention to detail.● Experience in the education or study-abroad sector is preferred.
