In this role you will become a member of technical team to support delivering multiple projects and managed services by leveraging Microsoft Technologies in result-oriented approach with your technical expertise. Besides technical talent, you may need to proactively support customers by addressing business goals through alignment of technology under challenging circumstances.
1. Lead and mentor a team of system engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successfully execution of projects and daily operations.
2. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing.
3. Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), Test Cases, Known Issues and Limitations for assigned projects and managed services.
4. Respond promptly to customer’s escalated requests (incidents/change/service) and be responsible for diagnostics, escalate, resolve, and closure within SLA.
5. Implementation of enterprise-scale solutions to customer’s production environment with best practices and framework approaches.
6. Configuration, Administration, Maintaining and Troubleshooting for Hybrid Core Infrastructure including Hybrid Identities, Hybrid Exchange including ADDS, ADFS, PKI, System Center, and Windows 10/Servers.
7. Configuration, Administration, Maintaining and Troubleshooting for Modern Work with Microsoft 365 including Office 365, Microsoft 365 Defender, Intune, Microsoft Information Protection and Azure Active Directory.
8. Configuration, Administration, Maintaining and Troubleshooting for Microsoft Azure including Compute, Network, Storage, and related cloud/hybrid cloud Azure services.
9. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
10. Conduct regular performance reviews and assist in career development planning for team members.
