Manage and monitor cloud-based systems and services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.

Automate cloud infrastructure management and operations using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, and system performance.

Collaborate with software development teams to support the deployment and operation of applications in the cloud.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud services.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding cloud technologies and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in system engineering or a similar technical role. Above 2 years of experience

Strong understanding of IT systems integration, and enterprise solutions.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows, Linux, OpenStack), virtualization, and networking.

Experience with storage solutions, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Certifications such as MCSE, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent are desirable.
