• Create basic to intermediate motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds,titles, and visual effects to enhance video content.

Creative Content Development

• Collaborate with content writers, designers, marketers, and stakeholders to develop creative concepts and video ideas.
• Contribute innovative editing styles, visual storytelling approaches, and trend-based content ideas.
• Stay updated on current social media trends, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
• Recommend creative improvements to increase engagement, reach, and overall content effectiveness.

Asset Management and Optimization

• Organize and manage video assets, project files, templates, and content libraries efficiently.
• Optimize video formats, dimensions, and specifications for various social media platforms.
• Ensure videos are exported and delivered according to platform requirements and campaign timelines.

Performance and Continuous Improvement

• Analyze content performance and apply insights to improve future video outputs.
• Continuously test emerging editing styles, AI-powered editing tools, motion graphics techniques, and social media trends.
• Maintain high production quality while balancing speed and efficiency.
• Guide and support business units in capturing photos and videos by providing direction on filming techniques, shot requirements, lighting, composition, and content best practices to ensure high-quality footage for video editing and marketing content production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or relevant certification in Multimedia, Digital Media, Film Production, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in related field, preferably in a marketing agency, media, or in-house marketing team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative video editing and social media content production.
• Experience producing high-volume content within fast turnaround times.
• Understanding of social media content formats and audience behavior across major platforms.
