Supervise and perform transformer installation, erection and commissioning activities at customer/project sites.
Inspect transformer components, accessories and connections prior to commissioning.
Conduct pre-commissioning inspections and functional checks.
Coordinate with customers, contractors and internal departments during installation and commissioning.
Ensure installation work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, procedures and safety requirements.
Perform or supervise transformer testing and inspection activities.
Review test results and identify abnormal conditions.
Prepare testing and commissioning reports.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
Prepare service plans, work schedules, tools, spare parts and required equipment before site work.
Prepare daily work progress reports, service reports, test reports and commissioning documents.
Maintain proper records of service activities, findings and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Sales and other relevant departments for technical issues.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Power Engineering.
Diploma holders with strong relevant transformer/service experience may also be considered.
2–5 years of experience in Transformer Service, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance or related fields.
Experience in Transformer Manufacturing will be highly preferred.
Experience in power/distribution transformers, electrical equipment or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Good teamwork and willingness to work at customer/project sites.
Willingness to travel to different locations depending on service requirements.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
