1. Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior decoration and fit-out projects.
2. Coordinate and monitor civil works and finishing works at project sites.
3. Ensure all construction and finishing works are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
4. Calculate and prepare material quantity requirements for site works.
5. Monitor project progress and ensure all works are completed according to the approved schedule and deadlines.
6. Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and labourers on site.
7. Check the quality of workmanship and ensure that works meet the required standards.
8. Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, Designers, suppliers, contractors, and other project teams.
9. Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.
10. Monitor material usage and minimize material wastage.
11. Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
12. Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures and company requirements.
13. Prepare and maintain necessary site documents, reports, measurements, and material records.
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

1. Must possess a B.E. or B-Tech Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Site Engineer.
3. Practical experience and good knowledge of Civil Works and Finishing Works.
4. Experience in Interior Decoration / Fit-Out Projects will be an advantage.
5. Able to work according to project schedules and complete assigned works within the required deadlines.

6. Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
7. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
8. Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
9. Willing to travel to project sites when required.
10. Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
