  • Assist the Site Engineer in daily site activities.
  • Monitor and supervise construction works at the project site.
  • Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports.
  • Check construction work according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • Check the construction materials and the quality for workmanship.
  • Perform site measurements and quantity checking.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and workers.
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring site safety requirements.
  • Good teamwork, communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • Willingness to work at project sites and work overtime when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • To distribute and monitor the work of junior engineers on site. To provide guidance, advice and as needed.
  • Negotiate directly with contractors to resolve site disputes regarding work quality, technical deviations, or schedule delays.
  • Willingness to work at project sites in Yangon, Mandalay, Ayeyarwady Region & Nay Pyi Taw Project Sites.

  • B.E/B.Tech/A.G.T.I in Civil Engineering.
  • At Least 5 to10 years experience.
  • Must have experience in building, infrastructure, or fit-out projects.
  • Must be able to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Ability to perform site measurements and quantity calculations.
  •  Good understanding of concrete, reinforcement, formwork, brickwork/masonry, and other civil works, with basic knowledge of BOQ, project specifications, site inspection, workmanship checking, and quality control procedures.
