- Supervise and coordinate all daily construction site activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead, manage, and monitor onsite workers and subcontractors to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Track project progress and ensure all activities are completed according to the project timeline and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards (QC) and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site activity updates to senior management.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil), A.G.T.I. (Civil), or equivalent practical experience in construction.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role (preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
- High sense of responsibility, strong teamwork, and effective communication skills.
