• Design, develop, and maintain software applications across web and mobile platforms (Java, Java EE, Python, Django, Flutter, JavaScript frameworks, etc.).
• Develop and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and web applications.
• Write clean, efficient, modular, and testable code following industry standards.
• Implement reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable system structures.
• Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.
• Perform comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).

Technical Leadership (For Senior & Team Lead Roles)

• Lead the full software development lifecycle for assigned modules or systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and coding standards.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior developers.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate new technologies, propose improvements, and drive continuous innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Good programming knowledge and skills
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Bootstrap
• Backend: Java, Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, Python, Django, Node.js
• Mobile: Flutter (Dart)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of database design, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with report tools such as Jasper Reports (preferred).
• Git, GitHub, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines
• Agile / Scrum methodologies
• RESTful APIs, JSON, XML
• Familiarity with modern DevOps and cloud concepts (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
