Job Summary
Sourcing Specialist for an automotive company in Yangon, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and engaging suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery goals. This role supports efficient procurement and strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
● Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, lead time, and reliability.
● Request quotations, compare proposals, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
● Maintain supplier database and track performance, issues, and improvement actions.
● Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and sourcing priorities.
● Support negotiations on terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels.
● Monitor market trends, supplier availability, and alternative sourcing options.
● Prepare sourcing reports, documentation, and updates for management review.
● Follow company policies, compliance standards, and procurement procedures.

● Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
● Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Ability to analyze quotations, supplier data, and cost comparisons.
● Good coordination skills and attention to detail.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting tools.
● Able to work independently and manage multiple sourcing tasks.
● Professional, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Based in Yangon, preferably near Bahan Township.
