About you

• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Manage all digital marketing channels
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Oversee all the client’s social media pages
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
• Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
• Manage community team consisting of junior digital executives and community executives
• Manage the local publishers to develop Online PR articles
• Translate contents and articles from English Myanmar and Myanmar to English
• Collaborating with Account Team, Creative Team and Planning team for various projects
• Preparing content performing reports and competitor analysis reports for the clients
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Motivate the digital marketing team to achieve team and company goals
• Helping team in the other activities and requirements depending on the workload

What you’ll bring: 

• A minimum of 1 year’ experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
