1. Lead the design executive for Media & Advertising plat forms.

2. Oversee print materials including branches, billboards, reports and events.

3. Collaborate closely with marketing team, operation team and internal departments and vendor to deliver goals.

4. Ensure consistent brand indentity across all platforms in accordance with brand guideline.

5. Mentor and guide Jr. Designers, reviewing and providing feedback on their work.

6. Stay updated on design trends and technoligy to bring fresh creativity to the business.

7. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines and quality.

8. Prepare final at work for production and liaise with printing vendors as needed.
