  • Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, brand initiatives, and marketing communications.
  • Produce high-quality graphic design outputs across digital, print, social media, and on-ground materials.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines while continuously enhancing visual quality and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and business teams to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions.
  • Lead and review design executions, providing constructive feedback to maintain creative standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining design excellence.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep creative outputs fresh and competitive.

  • Years of experience needed : Minimum (4) years of experience
  • Education level : Bachelor’s degree. Art related post graduate (or) diploma is preferrable
  • Required Skills Set :
  1. Strong expertise in graphic design with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, creative visual outputs.
  2. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and relevant digital design software.
  3. Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  4. Experience creating designs across multiple channels including digital, social media, print, and marketing materials.
  5. Ability to translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling visual concepts.
  6. Strong conceptual thinking with attention to detail and creative execution.
  7. Experience guiding or mentoring junior designers and reviewing creative work.
  8. Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  9. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain creative quality under pressure.
