Overall Responsibilities

Lead Learning Programs & Learner Engagement Section, oversee all sub teams, including Content Design & Development, Learning Programs Management, Learner Engagement, and Learning Technologies. Ensure the end-to-end planning and execution of high-quality, learner-focused, relevant, and interactive learning solutions to drive performance and achieve business goals.

Key Areas of Accountability

• Develop and deliver learning solutions that meet business needs using needs assessments.
• Build, manage, and leverage positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, senior leaders, functional experts, peers and external training providers.
• Manage all aspects of the program for successful execution including planning, instructional design, program coordination, scheduling, documentation and effectiveness.
• Using instructional design concepts, manage all the content development processes such as learning content, assessments, and resources with an emphasis on quality, collaboration, learner motivation, and engagement.
• Collaborate with functional & subject matter experts to determine learning needs and analyze learning gaps to design programs and curriculum.
• Oversee the development of course materials including slides, participant handouts, exercises/activities, facilitator guides and assessment tools, engaging and relevant bite-sized digital learning materials such as infographics, whiteboard animation and explainer videos.
• Leveraging project management expertise to ensure timely completion of all development stages and final roll out of complex programs and learning projects; plan, prioritize and organize work to meet development and launch dates.
• Design and implement learning marketing campaigns that encourage healthy competition while also providing rewards and recognition.
• Manage Learner Engagement Team to engage learners and clearly communicate L&D solutions so that learners complete the assigned learning goals track
• Lead projects to automate team processes and provide technical advice and guidance on the integration of learning technologies
• Establish and implement Learning Management System or Course Delivery Platform which will help people learn more across AYA Bank
• Develop and implement tools or framework to check effectiveness of the L&D interventions
• Set, track, and communicate goal progress for team members
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of department.

Experience and Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of development and implementation of professional development learning experiences
• Experience leading teams
• Strong experience in designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including Instructor-Led Training, eLearning, video scripts is essential.
• Having Training Delivery Skillset preferred.
• Having banking industry background would be advantage.
• Experience implementing and using Learning Management Systems is a plus.
