An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for raw materials, finished goods, spare parts, packaging materials, and other stock items.
Record and monitor all stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, adjustments, and disposals.
Ensure all inventory transactions are properly documented and entered into the ERP/system on a timely basis.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic physical stock counts as required.
Reconcile physical stock balances with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare stock variance reports and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
Coordinate with Purchasing and relevant departments regarding stock requirements and replenishment.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, expired, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure proper stock identification, labeling, coding, and storage location control.
Follow FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable.
Coordinate with Warehouse staff to ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, and issuing procedures.
Support monthly and year-end stock-taking and audit activities.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures.
Identify inventory control risks and recommend process improvements.
Prepare regular inventory reports for management.
Perform other stock control and warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, distribution, or industrial businesses is preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
Honest, responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and inventory reporting.
Experience in cycle counting and inventory audits.
Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory control procedures.
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
