A Good Opportunity for ..
We are seeking a Study Abroad Counselor who can manage the full end-to-end student journey with confidence and minimal supervision. You will handle student inquiries, provide expert counseling, guide students through applications and visa processing, and build strong relationships with students and their families. You are expected to hit monthly targets and take ownership of your assigned cases professionally.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into qualified leads
Provide professional counseling to students regarding study abroad options
Guide students and parents through the application and admission process
Assist students with document preparation and ensure timely submissions
Manage visa counseling and pre-departure guidance
Follow up with students and maintain strong ongoing communication
Build trust and long-term relationships with students and families
Maintain accurate student records and track progress via internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery
Contribute to training or mentoring junior team members when needed
📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
13 student enrollments per month
40+ counseling sessions per month
100% application accuracy and submission within deadlines
Follow up on all assigned leads within 48 hours
Maintain an average student satisfaction score of 8.5/10 or higher

✅ Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (any major)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, customer service, or a related field
Strong knowledge of study abroad processes, universities, and visa procedures (especially Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, UK)
Excellent communication skills in both Burmese and English (written and spoken)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to handle multiple cases under pressure
High emotional intelligence and ability to connect with students
Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools is a plus
