  • Supervise daily banking operations to ensure compliance with bank polices and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the branch operation team to maintain high service standards.
  • Prepare, verify and submit , weekly and monthly reports to branch manager and head office.
  • Support sales activities to achieve targets and business growth.
  • Assist in cross selling and promotion banking products and service to customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service support and respond to customer inquiries.

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operation
  • Strong Knowledge of banking operation and loan process.
  • Relevant banking certificates or professional qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proficient in microsoft  office(MS Word,Excel, Power Point)and banking systems.
  • Good communication interpersonal and customer service skill.
  • Strong  team  collaboration  ,negotiation and problem  solving skills.
  • Stronge understanding of business banking products and service.
