Manages supplier relationships, controls stock levels, and ensures timely, cost-efficient delivery to all channels. The role also involves analyzing data, improving supply processes, and leading the supply chain team to meet business goals.

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to support business goals.
• Forecast demand and ensure optimal stock levels across all warehouses and outlets.
• Plan procurement schedules based on sales forecast, lead times, and market trends.
• Oversee sourcing of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost optimization.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliability.
• Review and improve stock management practices to reduce waste, expiry, and overstock.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods to maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
• Monitor logistics cost and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain performance reports.
• Analyze demand trends, supplier performance, and stock status to support decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs such as stock turnover, order fulfilment rate, logistics cost, and lead time.
• Supervise and guide the supply chain team (procurement, warehouse, logistics).
• Provide training, performance evaluation, and team development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supply chain operations, with 3+ years in a managerial role. (Agriculture background is highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of procurement, warehouse, logistics, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
