The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and improving the end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure cost efficiency, product availability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

A. Planning & Strategy

• Develop supply chain strategy aligned with business goals
• Forecast demand and plan inventory requirements
• Optimize supply planning to avoid overstock and stock-out
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

B. Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contracts
• Monitor supplier performance (price, quality, delivery)
• Build long-term supplier relationships
• Ensure ethical and compliant purchasing practices

C. Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Control inventory levels and stock accuracy
• Implement FIFO/FEFO and inventory policies
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock
• Supervise warehouse operations and safety compliance

D. Logistics & Distribution

• Plan transportation routes and delivery schedules
• Optimize logistics cost and lead time
• Coordinate with sales & operations for delivery commitments
• Manage third-party logistics providers

E. System & Reporting

• Maintain ERP / inventory system accuracy
• Analyze KPIs (stock turnover, fill rate, lead time, cost)
• Prepare monthly supply chain performance reports
• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives

F. Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and train supply chain team members
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Production departments
• Handle operational issues and urgent shortages
• Ensure SOP implementation and compliance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• At least 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement, including 3–5 years in managerial role
• Experience with ERP systems such as Accredo, SAP, Oracle, or Odoo
• Strong skills in demand forecasting, inventory control, procurement & negotiation, warehouse operations, and logistics management
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, high integrity, and accountability
• Good English communication skills
