• Work with the Sales team to understand customer requirements.
• Conduct business requirement discovery sessions.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare solution proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Respond to technical and functional questionnaires.
• Coordinate with Product and Implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Assist in the transition from sales to implementation after contract signing.
• Stay updated on product features and competitor offerings.

Education
•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. 
Experience
•    2–5 years of experience in Presales or Business Analysis or software consulting or Software Implementation, or software sales. 
Knowledge & Skills
•    Strong presentation and product demonstration skills. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication in Myanmar and English. 
•    Ability to prepare solution proposals, presentations, and documentation. 
•    Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams. 
•    Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations. 
•    Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
•    Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. 
•    Quick learner with the ability to understand new software products.
