Oversee and manage daily tour operations and ensure smooth execution of all tours.
Coordinate with clients, tour guides, hotels, transportation providers, and other relevant partners.
Plan and arrange tour itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and other travel services.
Monitor tour schedules and ensure all services are delivered according to plan.
Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions when necessary.
Supervise and support the tour operation team to ensure efficient performance.
Maintain good relationships with clients and business partners.
Prepare operation reports and update management on tour activities and issues.
Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the tour process.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

At least 3 -5 years of experience in Tour Operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of tour planning and travel operations.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication with emails, in-person or phone in English.
Additional languages are an advantage
Organized,detail-oriented and can handle customization and MICE tour
Proficient MS office, Google workspace and other.
