Job Summary

- Lead and manage the Sales Operation Team to ensure smooth sales processes, timely delivery of products, and collaborate with the Sales Department and Warehouse Department to improve sales promotion and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1.Delivery & Logistics Management 

•  Daily Delivery Plans must be planned on time and systematically.
  • Route Planning must be planned to be cost-effective and efficient.
  • Responsible for ensuring that goods are not damaged during transit and arrive accurately as ordered.

2.Team Leadership & Supervision

         • Delivery Drivers and Delivery Operators must be supervised daily.

         • Monitor and evaluate employee attendance, behavior, and performance (KPIs).

         • The delivery team must be provided with necessary occupational safety and customer service training.

3.Sales Operation Support

         • Order Invoices received from the Sales Department must be coordinated with the Warehouse Department to ensure that they are packaged and shipped as soon as possible.

         • Cash on Delivery collected during the delivery of goods must be systematically checked and deposited with the Finance Department.

         • Product Return and Exchange processes must be handled properly.

4. Customer Satisfaction

         • If there are any delays or errors in the delivery of the product, they must be resolved with the customer.

         • Receive feedback from customers regarding delivery and work to improve service.

5. Fleet & Asset Management

          • Coordinate with the Admin Department for daily/monthly inspections and maintenance to ensure the health and safety of all company-owned delivery vehicles.

          • Advance preparations must be made to ensure that long-distance gate vehicles are ready to load materials and that vehicles arrive at the gate on time for gate unloading.

6. Reporting

        • Coordination of incoming/outgoing goods: Coordinate with the Warehouse Department to ensure that there are no shortages of goods and that they are loaded onto the truck accurately according to the order.

        • Problem Solving: Delays in product delivery or customer complaints must be resolved in a timely manner.

        • Reporting: Daily and weekly sales operations and delivery reports must be submitted accurately to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements 

• Educational qualifications      - Any degree holder is welcome to apply (preferably a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Management).
• Work experience                    - Must have at least (2) to (3) years of experience in the delivery/operations of FMCG or food industry.
• Expertise                                - Must have leadership and problem-solving skills.
•                                                - Must have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
•                                                - Must have knowledge of routes and terrain.
•                                                 - Must be able to use computers (Excel, Word) and Delivery/Logistics Software.
