  • Promotion System Set up on Platform & Live time
    Manage and set up promotion campaigns on the E-Commerce platform, ensuring all promotion details are accurately configured and launched at the scheduled time.
  • Promotion Portal Handling in City Partner Portal
    Manage promotion-related activities and updates through the City Partner Portal, ensuring promotion information is properly maintained and executed.
  • Coupon Set Up
    Set up and manage coupons according to promotion requirements, including coupon conditions, validity periods, and applicable products or customers.
  • Promotion Mechanic Creation Between Online & Offline
    Create and coordinate promotion mechanics between online and offline channels to ensure consistency and smooth execution across both channels.
  • Stock Ordering Handling in City Partner Portal & Gold System
    Manage stock ordering activities through the City Partner Portal and Gold System, ensuring sufficient stock availability to support promotion campaigns.
  • Promotion Rebate Handling Between MDZ & Finance
    Coordinate and manage promotion rebate processes between MDZ and Finance, ensuring accurate information, proper documentation, and timely settlement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Promotion System / Platform Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of promotion setup, coupons, and promotion mechanics.
  • Experience in platform and portal management.
  • Good coordination with MDZ, Finance, and related teams.
  • Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
