  • Develop channel/category and shopper-specific marketing plans aligned with brand positioning.
  • Translate customer and shopper insights into actionable strategies tailored to specific channels.
  • Conduct market research and audits to analyze product performance, market trends, and shopper behavior.
  • Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, trade margins, promotions, and channel strategies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Group Marketing Teams, ensuring alignment with channel strategy.
  • Track sales volumes, revenues, and cost trends against forecasts and budget calendars.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Line Manager.

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Sales & Marketing qualifications preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a trade marketing or similar role.

  • Proven leadership in team development, training, and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong business English proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • A proactive, energetic team player with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
