Purpose of the job 

Own UTC and loyalty promotion execution while supporting the Trade Marketing Insight Manager with channel analysis, dashboards, performance tracking, and recommendation inputs to improve trade marketing effectiveness. 

RESPONSIBILITY

• Own UTC and loyalty promotion execution aligned with brand priorities, trade budget, shopper insights, and channel opportunities

• Develop clear promotion mechanics, prizes, timelines, and execution briefs for internal teams and external partners

• Support the Trade Marketing Insight Manager with channel analysis, sales trend review, outlet performance tracking, competitor updates, and market feedback

• Prepare concise analysis summaries on channel performance, promotion results, outlet segmentation, and execution gaps for management review

• Maintain accurate trade marketing dashboards, data files, and recurring reports with timely updates and clear data checks

• Track promotion execution, budget usage, ROI, and in-market implementation; flag gaps early and follow up agreed corrective actions. 

• Coordinate POSM, merchandise, and promotional materials across channels to ensure on-time and quality execution

• Prepare post-evaluation reports with key learnings and improvement actions for future promotions

• Coordinate with Brand, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, agencies, and partners to align plans and execution requirements

• Contribute to UTC, loyalty, and channel activation plans using shopper insights, channel data, outlet performance, competitor activities, and business priorities

• Develop dashboards, execution tracking, budget updates, performance analysis, and recommendation inputs for Trade Marketing Insight Manager review

• Deliver on-time UTC and loyalty execution with clear tracking, gap closure, ROI review, and post-evaluation learnings

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing Management or any related fields
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of commercial, trade marketing, sales operations, or business analysis experience, preferably in FMCG. Strong in promotion execution, data accuracy, reporting, coordination, and practical recommendation inputs
