• Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to promote our products and drive sales through trade channels.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and develop tailored marketing programs for key accounts and channels.
• Create marketing collateral, including POS materials, trade show displays, and sales presentations, to support trade partners and enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth within trade channels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and execution of trade marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing programs, track ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to drive collaboration and maximize promotional opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in trade marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

• Bachelor's degree in related field. MBA more preferred.
• Proven experience in trade marketing or related roles, preferably in the [industry/sector] industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions and drive results.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing automation tools.
• Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, events, and client meetings.
