• Monitoring & controlling in day to day orders and truck booking.
• Monitor truck in / truck out and truck availabilities
• Monitor & controlling all trucks operation as per company
• Procedures.
• To operate and support all Transport requirement such as POD
• Collection, Delivery note transfer, checking goods,
• Support supervisor by advise driver to meet customer requirement.
• Advise Transport Supervisor immediately in case of delivery
• Delays, service failures or accidents.
• To inspect the working conditions, machinery, tool and equipment so that they are in the conditions of safety before starting the routine operation.
• To promote and support activity in working safety.
• To carry out the work in safety as the safety officer at the level of the management/executive shall assign.
• To perform as required by company’s OHS policy and procedures.
• To practice the annual emergency and evacuation plan as required.
• To perform other jobs as assigned by superior.
• Monitoring & controlling data entry into I-transport system.
• Provides guidance and controls to drivers
• Works under close supervision
• Follows strict detailed guidance and procedures, any deviations are approved by a superior before proceeding

• Any Graduate
• Male or Female
• Minimum 2 year experiences in administrative job
• Strong knowledge of administrative skill
• Communication skill and negotiation skill
• Sound knowledge of traffic laws, regulations, signs
• Computer and Analytic skill
• Sense of safety
• Prefer sound knowledge of trucking management
• Driver’s license, if applicable
