  • Adhere to the company policies on health, safety and environment, food safety and hygiene.
  • Comply with Carlsberg's Excellence System (e.g., Visual management, 5S, Performance management system, Gemba Kaizen).
  • Responsible for the daily operation of assigned utility systems such as CO2 recovery system, Ammonia cooling plant, generator, electrical distribution system, water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, Diesel boiler and firefighting system.
  • Ensure the assigned utility systems are operating efficiently and effectively. ·
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or disruptions in service.
  • Ensure all utility operations comply with Carlsberg standards.
  • Perform accurate records and documentation related to utility operations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and conditional based maintenance to increase equipment reliability and up-time for all utilities plants.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of maintenance records.
  • Able to work in Shift rotation and overtime as assigned.
  • Ensure the equipment cleaning, Inspection and Lubricating as per the schedule and compliance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Eelctrical / Mechtronic )or Diploma in related fields and prefer Boiler Certificate or Refrigeration Certificate
  • At least 1 year of experience in utilities system or related field
  • Microsoft Excel and basic English Language skill
  • Communication and problem solving skill
