-To manage fleet team operation (Admin Pool Car and Ride & Go System) under supervision of Manager.  ( Following  all activities should be under supervision of Manager, and MD should report to Manager. )         
-To control and handle relative payments on timely manner.    
-To prepare proper documentation in English for Tender Committee process and service contracts, and proceed the related process within timeline.

-To lead operation for Expats Cars, Hiace  and MPT-JO Ferry, through acknowledgement of users' difficulties.  To generate countermeasures to  remove such difficulties for more users' satisfaction.        
-To lead fleet team service and manage the team in effective manner.    
-To proceed budget management for reduction and control of cost.    
-To lead and control fuel purchase process, vehicle maintenance process and general process of States and Regions by supporting them from HQ.    
-To lead and control the insurance process of MPT-JO vehicles        
-To lead and control  the internal audit reporting process
-Operation management handling with efficiency      
-Proper reporting guide line and proper payment checking    
-Contract Management    
-Supporting to team members and internal staffs for smooth transportation    
-Good at guideline, suggestion, collaboration and reporting  while serving and management government process

-More than 3 years experience in logistics or fleet management
