marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to create high-quality, engaging video content that captures

 Plan, shoot, and film high-quality video content both on-location and in-studio,
including marketing campaigns, product showcases, tutorials, interviews, and short-
form content (Reels, TikTok).
 Set up, operate, and maintain all video, lighting, and audio equipment (cameras,
microphones, lighting rigs, etc.).
 Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for specific platforms
(Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
 Add motion graphics, text overlays, subtitles (Burmese & English), background
music, and sound effects to enhance the final output.
 Collaborate with the marketing team (Social Media Talent, Content Writers,
Designers) to brainstorm ideas, develop storyboards, and execute creative concepts.
 Stay updated on the latest video production techniques, editing styles, and
social media trends in the Myanmar market.
 Manage and organize all video files, assets, and archives systematically.
 Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and quality
standards.

✅ A strong and impressive portfolio demonstrating both videography (shooting) and
video editing skills — mandatory.
✅ Expert-level proficiency in professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
Pro).
✅ Skilled in operating modern cameras (DSLR, Mirrorless), lighting setups, and audio

✅ Must be confident, expressive, and comfortable on camera.
✅ Strong sense of visual storytelling, color grading, composition, and pacing.
✅ Deep understanding of social media platforms and their specific video formats (aspect
ratios, length, style).
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
simultaneously.
✅ Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
