• Manage daily warehouse inventory records, including stock receiving, issuing, transferring and returns.
• Check all warehouse documents and ensure quantities, product names and related information are recorded accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock transactions in the company accounting / ERP system on time.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigate stock differences.
• Conduct regular stock counts and prepare inventory reports for the Finance Department.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Logistics and Finance teams regarding stock movements.
• Check supporting documents for all incoming and outgoing goods before recording transactions.
• Monitor damaged, expired, slow-moving or abnormal inventory and report issues to management.
• Ensure warehouse documents are properly filed and submitted to the Finance Department on time.
• Assist with monthly inventory closing and other accounting duties assigned by the Finance Department.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in Inventory Accounting, Warehouse Accounting, Stock Control or a related position.
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles and warehouse inventory procedures.
• Able to manage stock receiving, issuing, transferring, returns and inventory records accurately.
• Able to perform physical stock counts and reconcile differences between actual stock and system records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting or ERP software is preferred.
• Good numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, honest, organized and able to follow company procedures.
• Able to prepare inventory reports and maintain complete supporting documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills with Warehouse, Finance, Sales and Logistics teams.
• Able to work independently and handle assigned responsibilities carefully.
• Willing to work full-time at Aye Thar Yar, Shan State.
