An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee total daily receiving (WR/GRN), stock issuance (GIN), and dispatch operations for both Tender and Media divisions.
  • Manage daily delivery scheduling, route planning (Way Plans), cargo loading, and gate-pass workflows to maintain high delivery accuracy.
  • Supervise Quality Control (QC) inspection standards, specialized project packing, and damage prevention protocols.
  • Monitor stock accuracy using ERP/warehouse software, ledger systems, vouchers, and Bin Cards.
  • Manage direct semi-production intake/outflow tracking, stock returns, and monthly/project-based stock counts.
  • Lead internal and external inventory audits, investigate stock discrepancies, and report findings to top management (BOM) and Finance.
  • Optimize delivery routes and overall supply chain operations to achieve maximum cost savings.
  • Control vehicle usage, transport expenses, and packaging accessory consumption records.
  • Lead, direct, and support Warehouse Supervisors, Leaders, QC, and Delivery personnel.
  • Provide continuous operational training on packing procedures, delivery processes, and customer service standards.
  • Work directly with BOD/BOM, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Tender, Supply Chain, HR & Admin, Designer, and Vehicle departments.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and maintain smooth communication with external suppliers.
  • Ensure real-time operational updates across internal communication channels (Viber/Email).
  • Prepare and submit Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly Stock & Operations Performance Reports to BOD/GM.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5 to 8 years of total warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity (Tender and Media logistics experience is preferred).
  • Proficient in ERP systems, Ledger/Voucher inventory tracking, MS Excel, and audit methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, budget management, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
