Warehouse Operations Management:
    Plan, organize, and control the warehouse’s operations to ensure efficient and timely handling of incoming and outgoing shipments.
    Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate and on-time order fulfillment.
    Implement effective warehouse layouts and space management strategies to optimize storage and improve workflow.
Inventory Control:
    Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize stock discrepancies.
    Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
    Implement and oversee inventory control systems to track inventory levels and movements accurately.
Staff Management:
    Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
    Develop and maintain work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Safety and Compliance:
    Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
    Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
    Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions to promote safe work practices.
Logistics Coordination:
    Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
    Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and freight carriers to negotiate rates and service agreements.
    Monitor and improve the efficiency of warehouse processes and logistics operations.
Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations.
    Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to achieve operational targets.

Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
    Proven experience in managing warehouse operations, staff supervision, and inventory control.
    Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle WMS, or similar systems).
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP) is a plus.
