- Directly supervise daily warehouse floor operations, overseeing goods receiving, designated stocking, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Systematically record material transfers to respective warehouses, ensure real-time updates in Odoo, and conduct verification and reporting.
- Verify and document site-specific material issuances and returns in Odoo and prepare reports accordingly.
- Upon receiving the site-specific Bill of Materials (BOM) list, prepare in advance to ensure timely delivery to the site.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to procure out-of-stock items and record all inbound and outbound transactions for the purchased goods.
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation and internal audit processes across respective branches and warehouses and report any findings.
- Reconcile the physical inventory with Odoo software records to ensure accuracy and immediately report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and operational delays; prepare and submit replenishment requests before stock falls below minimum levels.
- Manage stocks effectively by implementing and practicing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) systems depending on material requirements
- Maintain highly accurate inventory data by conducting regular monthly and annual stock checks.
- Immediately investigate, reconcile, and report any inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, or damaged items in Odoo and escalate issues directly to management.
- Fully comply with all safety regulations, guidelines, and workplace requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and systematic workplace environment on the warehouse floor always.
