  • Daily checklist and issue stock List.
  • Data entry and check of the daily Stock In-Out List.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse area.
  • Responsible for Warehouse cleaning and maintenance to less damage.
  • Perform and conduct to systematically store by item for stock.
  • Ensure warehouse transactions’ accuracy.
  • Determine employees’ levels and assign workload
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.
  • Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports.
  • Monthly ground check and update the list for warehouse stock.
  • Report to the manager on the Monthly Stock balance list and the demand list.
  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
  • Maintain the standard of health, safety, and security of the work environment.
  • Must be checked with good issue, payable and invoice.
  • Training and knowledge sharing.
  • Any other duties assign by manager.

  • Any Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related position.
  • Age between 25 – 35 years.
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
  •  Must be able to understand and manage (First in, First out) well.
  •  Must have an interest in statistics and be precise.
  • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work under pressure.
