Recruit, train, lead and drive the web development and content management team to continually improve website user experience and support the group’s goals and strategies

Implement/maintain/sunset content and codes

Monitor and prepare progress reports

Monitor, assess and report on sites performances, site analytics and security

Collaborate with editorial board and corporate communications department 

Managing external agencies/contractors 

Ensure themes and standards are strictly applied and followed 

Prioritize work requests and deliver to meet deadlines

Manage life cycle of web development and monitor the platforms’ status

Stay up to date with latest web design trends and development technologies

Maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients

Any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by management  

A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field

Minimum 5-year experience in managing web development and content management platforms 

Expert knowledge and experience in HTML, CSS, APIs, UI, UX and Design Tools

Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others

Strong communication, interpersonal skills, facilitation skills and presentation skills

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors 

Strong organizing skills, project management skills, and ability to work under pressure and time constraints 

Creativity is a plus
