Job Summary
AtoZ Group is looking for a results-driven Wholesale Manager to lead wholesale operations at the Taunggyi Branch. You will grow B2B sales, manage key accounts, strengthen distribution channels, and help build a stronger market presence in Shan State.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
● Build strong relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and key accounts while seeking new business.
● Lead, mentor, and monitor the wholesale sales and distribution team to meet performance goals.
● Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability, timely deliveries, and smooth supply.
● Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support pricing, planning, and management decisions.
● Oversee payment terms, track outstanding balances, and support timely collections to maintain cash flow.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
● 3 to 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, B2B account management, or FMCG/distribution.
● Experience in the Shan State market is highly preferred.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
● Proven leadership experience managing field sales or distribution teams.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and result-driven mindset.
