Perform to achieve sales target and sales improvement Communication with critical customers such as medical professionals, Department heads, QC heads, purchasers and other authorized persons for the promotion and presentation of responsible products in the market Promoting of responsible products in the market, market penetration to sell our products to the right customers in all of the industry Responsibile for increase sales with existing and new customers Preparation of quotations, tender documents, Sales Contracts and Pre-screening of sales contracts activities in accordance with the rules and regulations of the company. Meet at least 80% Sales target achievement Collecting sale orders, prepare sale invoice and follow up for delivery Verify stock available, monitor stock reserve and stock forecast to ensure product availability Answer customer enquires Follow up and remind to collect money in time Understand and follow the company’s quality policy Ensure to handle the operation of quotations, sales records and official documents Assist in problem-solving of high priority/escaladed items Provide all required routine service and business support to existing customers and distributors Work with sales team on competitive issues to guarantee the best outcome. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and management
Provide reports of closing balance to Head Office periodically Perform daily transactions to Sales & Stock department Prepare reports of weekly and monthly stock balance to dedicated supplier Prepare tender allocation reports Prepare invoice transactions in the SAP system for Sales Teams and or external customers Issue GR PO and warehouse transfers for respective warehouses Check the numbers of invoices and transactions with warehouse operating procedures in compliance with specified SOPs Check and print AR invoices, AR Credits, Transfer requests, transfer records and issue and receive in the SAP system for warehouse operating system in compliance with the specified SOPs Ensure the work place to be clean at all time Cooperate and communicate with warehouse staff for smooth operation of the warehouse Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisors
1. Convert the policy from top management into the action plan and issued/spread that plan to the associated section. 2. Manage, control, the Drum Factory Production department as the following… (1) Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. (2) Assign task and follow up the progress of the drum production team to make sure that operate correctly according to the procedures and specific work instruction. (3) Observe ongoing work to ascertain if work is performed according to instructions and will be completed on time. Ensure that all process control reports are properly and timely filled. 3. Ensure that finished products achieve the company’s quality standards. (1) Check product quality according to guide line and quality standard (2) Analyze quality trouble and take preventive measures for the same trouble (3) Maintain proper quality report line to Plant Manager. (4) Manage and perform testing process, equipment and sample control according to work instruction and procedures. 4. Maximize productivity of machinery and workers and coordinate all manufacturing activities and ensure the highest efficiency of a production shift. 5. Solve the problem arising in production shift, following Plant Manager’s instructions. 6. Assist to Plant Manager for implementing the Company’s Policy on safety and health to be ensure the safety standards are met Conduct daily safety checks and complete the checklist reports. Making HSE reports for as per the requirement If any HSE violation and unsafe action or conditions are founded, report and take actions. 7. Manage the job of preventive maintenance and repairs. 8. Other tasks assigned from Plant Manager and any ad-hoc duties assigned
Outline the Development Plans Contacting with Local and Foreign Suppliers for agreements (Products, Pricing, Services) Understand and follow company’s Quality Policy Ensure to prepare yearly customer satisfaction survey and take necessary actions Prepare required actions recommended by internal audit team and ISO auditor and CAPA action in designated time cooperate with QMS team to maintain ISO quality standard. Complete Customer Accountability; help train customer/dealers sales reps, performance and business plan with customers/ dealers and management, and make sales calls with them Sourcing with foreign and local suppliers for new products and taking responsibility for product management Manage the daily sales operation procedure of medical group Proactively assess, clarify, and validate distributor needs on an ongoing basis Lead solution development efforts that best address distributor needs, while coordinating the involvement of Marketing and other key internal resources Meet at least 80% sales target achievement Setting and managing the pricing strategy/policy and accountable for ensuring the product set delivers budget contribution margin. Train and Develop sales team on programs, pricing and overall strategy for the division. Work with sales team to increase sales and profitability of energy with existing and new customers. Work with sales team on competitive issues to guarantee the best outcome. Conduct interviews, hiring selection, on-boarding and annual performance reviews; initiate performance improvement plans, provide day to day direction, coaching and development. Manage profit/loss and understand what margins are needed to achieve budget, take corrective action when needed to ensure marketing objectives and support the achievement of designated budgets. Manage sales forced structure excellence which provide healthly profit among each sales team. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities; and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors Maximized Tender achivement.
