Coordinate in L&D activities such as orientation, Induction, OJT, Product knowledge, Refresher training, etc.…. Establish, Plan, and deliver training occasionally, including induction programs for new hires. Identify training needs of staff in collaboration with management Performs analyzes about the level of employees satisfaction Perform necessary tasks and procedures of staff recruitment as permanent after completion of the probation period.
