- Coordinate in recruitment process such as making interview appointment schedules, follow up with applicants and presenting at interview session by liaising with line managers. - Support, maintain and update staff records as timely by hiring, transferring, termination and resignation, sick and personal time. - Assist and support HR & Admin Department in recruitment & employment process. - Support all administrative requirements of the office: Phone calls, bookings, travels, stationery and pantry supplies. - Contact Cooperate with government sector. - To maintain active communication with different offices and local communities to coordinate variours administrative issues. - Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers & journal vouchers for warehouse staff. - Coordinate with warehouse staff and handle advance payment to warehouses. - Checks bills with supporting documents of field staff to assist accountant. - Other duties as assigned.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Prepare sales orders,seasonal sales promotion, activation & product Sampling plan in MT. - Develop and maintain relationship with regional key accounts and responsible for achieving monthly target of selected customers - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. - Maintaining records on area and customer sales with provided historical records. - Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. - Maximize brand image at outlet level (POSM, display stock, in store merchandising) - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Coordinate with marketing team in terms of products. - Conduct frequent market intelligent (price mirror, competitor’s listings, activities and promotions) - Prepare quarterly and yearly rebate to Modern trade accounts and report to asst sales manager - Process procedure for opening new accounts (contract, credit) and propose to management - Other duties as assigned.
- Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers, and journal vouchers for office staff. - Check all payment claims from the office and make sure they are correct and accurate. - Arrange to deliver invoices with the necessary supporting documents to the customer on time. - Create a stock transfer. Arrange an invoice and credit note. - Create collection and billing and follow overdue - Assist in ad-hoc accounting-related tasks. - Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. - Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations. - Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. - Aid in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. - Assist in tracking and reporting variances between actual and budgeted expenses. - Assist in monitoring cash flow and managing cash disbursements and receipts. - Process payment transactions and reconcile bank statements. - Assist in tax compliance activities, including tax planning and preparation of tax returns. - Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. - Implement best practices to streamline accounting and finance processes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and company regulations. Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management. Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Manage office administration tasks, including facilities management, procurement, and vendor relations. Provide HR and administrative support to management and staff as needed. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Myanmar and provide guidance to management on compliance matters.
