1. Fixed Assets Management: Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and calculate monthly depreciation. Prepare and submit depreciation reports to the Chief Accountant (CA) and Finance Director (FD). 2. Financial Reporting: Generate daily budget vs. actual reports and submit them to the Finance Team. Prepare monthly expense reports and post data to Accounting software and Excel. Reconcile data from the storage system and provide a monthly closing inventory report to CA and FD. Generate month-end financial reports for Company operations in Excel format within set timelines. Prepare and submit the full set of financial accounts for Company and Other project to the FD. 3. Expense Verification and Posting: Review all expense and advance reports for accuracy before posting them to Accounting software. Ensure that all advances are accurately posted into the Accounting Software and Excel records. 4. Compliance and Taxation: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Handle tax filing and liaise with tax authorities for audits and assessments.
