Position Objective: The incumbent serves as the liaison and the reference point between the Business/ technical analyst and the IT vendors/developer/programmer in making sure the Business Requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across the work-streams. Drive the stakeholders for completion of documentation relating to business requirement capturing and system designing specifications with required verifications and sign-off. (URSs and SFSs) Evaluate best suitable solutions for AIA with business justifications and recommendations for management approval. Manage solution providers through the RFP, Procurement and sourcing, legal and technology risks related documentation and timely payments to ensure successful closure of the projects (solution delivery and implementation) Manage the UAT process and solution implementations with timely go-live Work with Business Users to ensure preparation and validations of UAT plans including the Test Scripts as per the signed off URSs/ SFSs. Ensure carrying out people development and motivation activities sufficiently to ensure availability of right competencies for solution delivery as expected by the senior management. Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the reporting authority in order to achieve the overall functional objectives of the division. Agency Communication (85%) Craft and distribute internal updates, memos, and announcements to agents via WhatsApp, email, and other platforms. Coordinate regular communications from HQ to field force to ensure clarity and consistency. Prepare key messages, FAQs, talking points, and leadership communications. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of both front-end and back-end components Ensure alignment with business requirements, compliance standards, and architectural principles Promote modular, reusable, and maintainable code across all development efforts Build lightweight, scalable, and efficient web and mobile applications tailored to life insurance operations Translate design mock-ups and wireframes into responsive and interactive interfaces. Implement pixel-perfect designs using modern design frameworks.
